Teri SReturned on a Saturday. Sign said closed but voicemail said open. One 58 year old woman and two 75 year old parents had to lift the trailer off the hitch in the pouring rain. On top of that U-haul originally told me to return to 4370 US hwy 101. I went there first and it was closed. Proceeded to the lot with the trailers to unhook and was chased down by the owner and told I could not leave it there. She said she had way too many trailers and I needed to take it elsewhere. Totally a bad experience!
