This is a horrible location to pick up OR drop off a U-haul. Picked it up in a crazy hidden back corner of their lot, felt like I was doing a drug deal. Returned it a day early and the gate to access the area where I picked the trailer up from was closed and locked. I left it in the front lot hoping no one takes it. Walking into an industrial office, trying to figure out how to obtain the U-Haul at Pick up was confusing and not a lot of fun. Felt incredibly out of place and uncomfortable.

This comment is not a reflection on the site owner, but rather the booking experience. When choosing a drop off location, there was not a clear indication that we would be charged extra for a weekend drop off "after hours". The additional $20 on top of a rental fee that doubled from when we originally looked on Wednesday ($65) to when we actually reserved on Thursday ($130) was disappointing.
