ELIZABETH HTire on transport blew out on interstate. The condition was terrible. Caused us a 4 1/2 hour delay to get back on road.
RICHARD FEquipment and staff were friendly enough. Everything was good until the very end. They called and I said I would be late dropping off since I got caught in a storm and traffic. They said that was fine as long as I had it in that night since it was going out the next morning. So we were communicating just fine when I suddenly get a stern voice message saying I needed to bring in equipment "immediately!". It was already after hours and I was 30min away…. Really unnecessary to ruin the rental experience like that for no reason. I was tired and didn't answer and just left the equipment as soon as I got back.

Randy NClean your vehicles. Inside and out. Ten foot truck not available the morning of pickup. Facility was gracious enough to give me a twenty footer at the lower price. Final receipt was incorrect. Facility told me I would have to contact HQ to get it fixed. I called and they said they would have to contact office where I rented from to get everything correct. Just a lot of extra work on my part when they should have done the work themselves.

SHERRIE MI have had terrible experiences at OTHER Ashtabula Rental Locations, but every time I have used this Rental Location they have been quick and efficient and make me feel relaxed about my rental, which can be very stressful. As a single mom, I appreciate the value I get and confidence I feel from renting at this location.

Nicholas WI asked for a 5 day return and i was given a 3 day with no receipt from a guy in a gun store who seemed very out of it and not wanting to be there. Instead of calling me on sunday to see where their trailer is at they wait til tuesday afternoon. Lady said everything was ok, I returned the trailer and then they took 89 dollars from my bank account. Literally the lady in ohio said it was ok and no problems but I guess that means late fees. She didn't bother to tell me at all, probably too scared to get into a conflict. Never deal with these two spots again.

robert nI didn't receive any of the add ons I purchased and got a $76 charge! Ripped me off. Terrible customer service and not enough lighting at the location - I felt unsafe getting the U-Haul that night. I would not recommend this location!
Kaytlynn BGet accurate fuel and mile readings on your vehicles. Trucks are parked at an angle to falsify fuel levels and I was charged almost 40 miles extra @ $0,99/mi. I have google maps evidence of my travel INCLUDING my drive in my personal vehicle to the pick up location. I will not be renting from this facility again.
