The equipment had ripped tire straps and faulty lighting for the trailer. Three hours before I left the state of California, U-Haul had to send a tow truck to replace the unsafe straps.
Kody CVery attractive and friendly young lady that checked helped me out in the office. Staff outside was helpful with connecting the trailer.
JESUS GWeed patch is a store front. I asked 3 people about the uhall before actually reaching someone who could point me in the right direction and the service was very slow.
KIMBERLY NThe fuel was way lower than previously reported now am expecting a charger for that which is unfair the pick up location was very unfamiliar with the U-Haul process it took 1 hr to pick up my rental when loading there was grime that got on my mattresses and was just a over all hassle to pick up and drop off this rental
David CU-haul is a side business for this place. Even though the place was open when I arrived, the woman that does the U-haul was running late and none of the other 5 or six employees could get me signed up. The U-haul online system they use in conjunction with the app were very very slow. It almost an hour from the time they opened to the time I was on the road. I was the only u-haul customer!

john cAfter renting the business owner assisted me in getting the lighting to work. The unit worked great and the return was fast and simple. Thank you Uhaul representatives.
Arthur SNo one at the location deals with the uhaul rentals. No one in the office at this location knows anything about the rental process. She had to call someone who stated they were in LA , and was told to wait an indefinite period of time for him to do something on his phone. I had a 7am guaranteed pick up time. I did not finalize the process until 8:30am. Also the appliance dolly I had reserved was not available. Worst experience I have EVER had with uhaul. Do not rent from this place.
