I will never rent from U-Hail again. Not because of poor customer service but because of hidden added costs. Too damn expensive!

CHARLES PI dropped off after hrs. But checked to make sure all was well.
SHERELENE GThe guys at the drop off location were great. Came out right away and told me exactly where to put the trailer and even help me unhook it. Took less than 5 minutes to do the paperwork. Great location

Dale CCosts are too high and check engine light was on when I picked up equipment, gentlemen seemed busy gave me keys after checkin and gave general direction of the uhaul I had to find it in the lot and start it. He was not rude. But further assistance would be nice.
CHELSIE HI told him I didn't want insurance and he put it on anyway. I then called he said he would return it, I was supposed to get 25 percent off for them screwing up the location and I got changed more. The truck was messed up and we exchanged it for a different one and he didn't do the paper work so they questioned why we didn't have the right truck. It's a joke. How hard is it?! Now I have to dispute on CC. Never again!

SCOTT BThe truck was at half tank I brought it back full . The belt on the motor squealed . The steering wheel shook needs a alignment. I think ahoukd should have got a bit of a discount cause I brought I back full. Truck f Work as I needed to do so!!

Joseph VOne super cranky, rude worker there but one very nice and friendly worker as well. Truck was pretty clean but inside the building where we picked up was nasty. Overall the experience was pretty fast and easy but lacking cleanliness and some are lacking customer service.

Michael BNot being familiar with the area I had to pick up truck at one location then drive 25 miles to this location to pick up carrier. Certainly would have been more customer friendly if both rentals were in one location and nor make the customer have to drive to get everything.
kathleen SHad to fix passage side mirror so it would not move, so it was no longer a safety hazard. Cost me $20 for the right tool.
