Dropped it off after hours
ELVA MYour app SUCKS. It never told me all I had to do was drop off the keys in the lockbox. I had to sit and wait for the counter person to come back from lunch! Thankfully Megan is super awesome at the Baytown location and helped me a great deal. DO BETTER!
LYNN UThis was the worst experience for picking up and returning I would like a call or an email from some upper management. I believe I should have some credit do for such a horrible experience and caused me to miss a banquet in my deceased husband's honor because of the pick up location and all the pick up issues in my process to rent from U-Haul started three weeks prior to needing to make sure. Everything would run smoothly and you sucked

franchia mTruck was picked up from a self-service location. Pickup process via the app went well, but the moving blankets that I ordered were not in the truck and there was a pile of debris (wrapping paper, dirt, broken glass) in the back. Photo was uploaded at the time.
