WALEED BI reserved a pickup at Lee's Self Storage in Clarion, PA, but no one was around for pickup (despite being there an hour ahead of time). My fiance called and got a regional manager who sent me to J and J Trailer and Equipment Sales on Corsica and we were able to get a truck there, but none of the extras I asked for. The truck was on empty when I picked it up. It leaked some sort of fluid all over the driveway at my new house. Also, since I didn't get the extras from my original reservation I had to go out and purchase them myself. This was the worst U-HAUL experience I've had to date.

BART MJerad from J & J Trailers and Equipment Sales was fantastic. Was already stressing over the move and the weather and he went out of his way to get me what I needed in the midst of a snowstorm. Cannot thank that man enough for everything he was willing to do for me and the other gentleman renting that day. Wish I could give more stars.

Terry DPrevious reviews stated it was hard to find this location - but I disagree. It had good signage and I had no trouble finding the business. The two men who were there were extremely nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Steve RI would add a little description once you turn on Thompson road where to go . If the corn would have been higher you would never see the building and parking space . But overall the drop off was easy on the app and drop box is in plain sight .

Fountain MI tried to use mobile check in/out and the service was terrible at their location. The GPS on my phone wouldn't recognize that I was there and Safari kept booting me. Even after calling Uhaul my phone still wouldn't cooperate. Luckily there was a very nice man at J & J that helped me get the truck keys from the lock box. I had to call Uhaul to check the truck back in and they were helpful. If not for the terrible phone service, It would've been a great experience.
