I ordered furniture pads to be in the unit and did not receive them so just make sure everything is in there
Ian WI'll never rent from U haul again. I was suppose to get a call from someone when I complained but I never did. I rented a tow dolly it wouldn't work for my car going on tow dolly and I returned it and didn't get my full refund, as far as I'm concerned that's not how to treat a regular customer.and your paperwork says full refund. Noah YI was very aggravated when we got over 1000miles to find that all 3 beds and all our clothes S that where in suit cases where TOTALLY soaking wet for the trailer leaking. We had to throw away alot of clothes due to the trailer being dirty on the inside after the rain hit it. I was under the understanding that these trailers where water tight. And whe I dropped it off in Panama I told the lady about it and she said IT DONT SUPRISE ME.
Rick FU-Haul was the problem. You did not inform dealer of rental. Ever time I called waiting for an answer getting disconnected when placed on hold. No call back. Didn't have answer online.
