1. Don’t smoke in front of customer and their children 2. Be more competent in the rental process so that the customer doesn’t have to call uhaul their self in order to get the process moving 3. Be more efficient so the process doesn’t take 45 minutes

I was charged 7 dollars for a dolly i was not given ..i made a complaint about it and still was charged..until i get that back i will stay away from uhaul rentals from now on due to the fact that you must not watch the complaints section and dont take your customers money seriously

I had no issues with the equipment or the provider but when I was trying to return it I was having trouble with the app, it wouldn't upload my photos. That was my only issue with my experience, not sure how to fix that problem thanks and I will be a return customer shortly.

I needed a 10 ft for approximately 1 hour had to pick the only one on site which was 3 times the size for 1 item Wish you could work with me on the cost for the inconvenience

I mistakenly scheduled my rental for Mansfield and didn't realize it until I arrived at JC Tire. Jeff as able to get that resolved and provided me with the trailer I needed. I highly recommend working with him if you need to rent a Uhaul in the Shelby, Ohio area.

Every simple and easy. Helped hook up the trailer made sure light connections worked. Every friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend..
