They were not there and there was no phone service. It took us roughly 45 minutes to figure out how to get the truck and then to submit the photos for the electronic pick-up. I would only go there if you know someone will be on-site.

1. Don’t smoke in front of customer and their children 2. Be more competent in the rental process so that the customer doesn’t have to call uhaul their self in order to get the process moving 3. Be more efficient so the process doesn’t take 45 minutes
Tracie RI was charged 7 dollars for a dolly i was not given ..i made a complaint about it and still was charged..until i get that back i will stay away from uhaul rentals from now on due to the fact that you must not watch the complaints section and dont take your customers money seriously
Tyler AI had no issues with the equipment or the provider but when I was trying to return it I was having trouble with the app, it wouldn't upload my photos. That was my only issue with my experience, not sure how to fix that problem thanks and I will be a return customer shortly.
Jeffrey MI needed a 10 ft for approximately 1 hour had to pick the only one on site which was 3 times the size for 1 item Wish you could work with me on the cost for the inconvenience
