This rating is for the entire overall experience of my attempt to rent a trailer. Includes West Fargo location, Mac's Moorhead, Dilworth location and Hardwood location. 25 miles of driving on a wild goose chase around the FM area and 3,5 hours to finally get a trailer. Brutal.

Very friendly and easy to work with. But was not told about the 8 gal fuel charge. Was told when I picked up truck that all I had to do was gill to amount I left with. That is not the case.
Paul RNo one was at the office when we arrived. The owner did not seem to understand how to use the u-haul online application and I had to help him troubleshoot completing the form. Owner seemed very disorganized and it took us 45 minutes before we had our truck.
