SCOTTIE RIt's was okay suppose to get our truck for our move at 9:00 in adel then one told to go to Hahira then was told to go to Valdosta which was 30 minutes out of our way and so we ended up on Tifton. Finally got started at 10:30 which we had people waiting to help so it needless say we weren't very happy but got the job done.

Shawne PU haul reservations screwed up my reservation. I reserved a 26 foot truck but U Haul changed my reservation from a 26 foot truck to a 15 foot truck without my permission. I reserved the 26 foot truck at an Albany , Ga location and the changed reservation sent me to Tifton (an hour away) for a truck half the size that I needed. Due to the truck being too small, we were not able to fit everything in it. So I have to rent another truck for a second move. I will Not use U Haul again!

Teresa BI was very unhappy with the service that I received from this location. When I made my reservations, I reserved the van. Mr. Walker gave me an OLD DAMAGED 10' feet truck. I explained to Mr. Walker that stepping up in this truck was too high for my sister and me to get in and out of that truck. My sister has knee problems and I have back problems, and he continued to insist that it was the same as the van which it was not. I explained to Mr. Walker that I must get what's convenient for us. After stepping up and down in the truck, my sister and I were hurting. I will never rent from this location, and I will never recommend this location to anyone. I feel like Mr. Walker was not concerned about what was important to me. The truck was damaged on the front left passenger side, and the control for the lights fell out, thank God the lights were on automatically because I would have had another problem. The seats were torn, and the truck was dirty. I feel like I was forced to accept this vehicle. And I had no other choice because I had a catering job at 3 pm. Mr. Walker should give me a refund for the pain and suffering that my sister and I had to endure from getting up and down in this old truck.
