Renee LWe feel we were drastically overcharged. On pickup, we paid $96.44. Upon return, we paid $287.15. For a 24 hour rental!!!!!!!? Looking into other companies offering better rates. This was far too much for one full day. Both charges indicate daily rate plus miles. Why were we charged twice. Please explain.

PETER MAfter many calls to locate a 20 ft truck for our moving day the rest was a real breeze. 20 ft truck drives like a big SUV at HWY speeds. Loading and unloading the truck was very easy thanks to the low ramp. At the dropping location took only 5 minutes to return the vehicle. Very satisfied with the experience!!!
JOSE VThe major issue and confusion we had was that Waze was taking us 40km past where the drop off location was. Not sure if that can be fixed.
JOHN VPicking the truck up from Bancroft was the only good thing about U-Haul I can say. If it wasn't for the lady there I would have known to ask for my deposit at the drop off location

ROBERT BFirst question asked when droppiing trailer off: Who did this? Explained the situation and was advised of consequences if I had been pulled over for inspection Also explained how to deal with hookup using the longer chains. Very helpful and really appreciated the time to explain what to do if a similar situation happened again.
RICHARD Lcont...failing to see why traffic control could not figure things out as we had booked 8 weeks ago - only to be left scrambling at the last minute. The Bancroft location still added an additional 2 hours of driving Was also told that the reservation is not really a reservation - but a request for consideration for a reservation so stongly encourage you to rename that tab of your website. I will be requesting the $50 guarantee and exlporing alternatives for rental in the future. UHaul used to be our go-to - but has sadly fallen into a very poor state without regard to customer impacts.

STEPHEN SI was able to park the trailer, but the person there was not able/willing to help disconnect the heavy trailer. I managed to unhook it myself (with effort) - but had it been my wife or someone smaller, it wouldn't have been possible.

PAUL KNot sure you legally can take a picture of my driver's license. Far to much info on licensed to intrust to your staff. Have dealt with U-Haul for a lot of years. But I think you go to far.
