KEVIN EIt was a day they were closed & we had a lot of trouble getting the box unlocked to get the key.
Larry FThe location was great, they went above and beyond. Uhaul however really dropped the ball and screwed us over. We reserved our truck 3 days prior to be picked up at 9 am. Tried to log in to accept our pick up and kept getting error saying we had no equipment to pick up. Got there and sure enough uhual didn't deliver our truck. After a hour of crying and lots of phone calls and working on things Jackson was able to secure us a smaller truck to use! They worked hard to get us on the road even if it was late. Uhaul do better.

Keith OThey are only open Thursday thru Sunday and very little cell service (not enough to return equipment using the U-Haul app).
MATTHEW TThe people working at this location were excellent and helpful. U-haul it self... I had to wait three days after my reservation date to even get a truck. please check and see if they have the trucks the customers reserve before letting them reserve it.

shawn bI'm not enamored with the exclusively online process. I'd love to have the option to perform the entirety of the rental process locally, with no online transactions. Other than that, good people, good product, good service!

Christopher BThe check engine light was on from the time I picked it up. The bigger issue is that the steering wheel was misaligned and it was stuck in an odd position the entire 12 hour drive. This blocked my vision of the speedometer the entire drive. Additionally, the gas tank caps wire was snapped off and it was loose. All in all, not the best u-haul experience. Additionally, I tried to get the 20ft and reserved in advanced only to find out they only had the 26ft.
Kevin SUhaul theirself could make it easier to add a second day when needed. We had truck for 2days but only put an extra 5 miles on it and were charged for more than the first day, according to my receipt they charged use for 50 miles both days.
Tracy MThe lady that rents the U-Haul accused me of lying. We picked up our u haul on Saturday at 1pm and returned it Saturday at 10pm the same day... We were contacted by U-Haul and told them that we returned it the same day then the lady at Jackson sales personally messaged me and told me that I didn't return it that day. We parked it in the same spot we picked it up in and put the keys on the lock box. I don't appreciate the customer service I received from them!!
Fred ALocation service was great. Uhaul however needs to make major improvements in their system! If you make a reservation online you should have a reasonable expectation that the equipment will be available! I was forced to drive 70 miles to get a truck that was reserved a week earlier! Then you had the nerve to charge me for a whopping 3 gallons of gas for the tank not being exactly where it was when I picked up the truck!
Terry RThis location was closed when I dropped the trailer off. I checked it in over the phone with no problems and received a receipt by email in a couple of hours.
PAUL HI feel that the location was great, UHAUL held up my rental but saying I owe money from a rental back in 2018, that I filled the truck back up before I dropped it off at the center and the guy told that everything was good when I came in; I parked the truck the same night I rented it and I followed up the next day to make sure everything was good.
