Mike went above and beyond what was expected. I had trouble with a hitch and he helped me out. Really great service.

COLIN OI really don't see anything that can be approved on . It is a very handy location , clean and uncluttered lot . Customer service was Excellent !
DEAN ZThe key boxes are too high, had a hard time seeing the letters on the lock. The locks were also a little frozen, and made opening them a little challenging as well. Fyi I am a 6 ft tall guy, so somebody shorter would ha e had an even harder time with this.

RYAN BI paid for 2 furniture dollies that I didn't get and the location was closed when I picked up the truck so I paid $14 for something I didn't even get to use. The windshield was filthy on the inside as if it was coated in oil and I couldn't clean it off. Not impressed to say the least.
Ben DA very frustrating experience. It took us almost 45 minutes and a call to U-Haul to get through the app and get our code to get our key at a secured facility on Sunday, Sept 29, 2024. Out pickup time was 215 and we were on time and it took us until almost 315 to get the key. We were called and asked to tow a trailer for some miles and a discount and we were unable town access the trailer. Again, frustrating because we were trying to help and were then unable To get the discount.

Kenneth KI put extra gas in the truck and I was charged 17 bucks more. I'm going to dispute with my credit card company. I also drove it less than 50 miles Really overpriced with the extra charges and the gas. They were nice to me when I got the truck.
Kenneth MWe've rented trailers from J&L Auto Repair a few times. Renting process, checking in, and checking out was always simple, quick, easy, and friendly. Will definitely be renting from here again if we ever need to rent a trailer or truck.

CARL SI dropped off over the weekend so nobody was there. The APP SUCKS to drop off as it wouldn't let me finish my notes on why I was DISPUTING the stupid charges for being late...when, as mentioned above, I actually returned ONE DAY EARLY! I want my money back for the overcharge.

terry fI scheduled pick up time for 9:00 am but we arrived later than that so the app was telling us there was no equipment available. We were able to resolve the issue by calling Uhaul and they updated the reservation time so we were able to pick up the truck. It would be helpful it there was an allowance of time post scheduled pick up time. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.
