This location was not near the location that I had a reservation for. I had a reservation for 1:00 in Bellingham but Uhaul cancelled my reservation and rebooked me for Lynden which was 10 miles away which was 20 miles round trip. I spent extra money paying for gas in my car and for the Uhaul truck.

Merri HI recently had the pleasure of utilizing U-Haul's services for a rental truck, and I must say, it was a seamless experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into J&H Storage to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted by a representative who exuded warmth and professionalism. Their friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and they took the time to provide thorough instructions, ensuring that I felt confident in operating the rental. Moreover, the truck itself was in impeccable condition, demonstrating U-Haul's commitment to maintaining high standards. It was clean, well-maintained, and ready for the journey ahead, which further solidified my confidence in the company. During the course of my rental, Mother Nature threw a curveball my way, leading to unexpected weather conditions that necessitated roadside assistance. In times of distress, it's reassuring to know that U-Haul's roadside assistance team is not only responsive but also incredibly helpful. They promptly came to my aid, offering immediate support and guidance, which alleviated much of the stress associated with the situation.

Caitlin SThere seems to always be glitches in the computer system. Every time I've rented from Uhaul the computer system has issues. The lady at this location tried to enter more allowable miles (because I had to pick up far away due to availability) but it didn't go through and I ended up getting charged for a ton of extra miles when I dropped off.

There was debris and what appeared to be animal droppings coming from the ceiling and covering all of our stuff. I would not recommend storing anything that someone might want to keep clean in this unit.

Daniel CMy family stored a vehicle at J&H for many years. Access to the vehicle was always convenient and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. The facility in which my classic car was stored was open concept, i.e. other things belonging to other tenants were stored in the same common space. This was acceptable to me because the facility was always secure and well managed. The only reason we left J&H was that we moved the car to its new home in Eastern Washington. Lastly, I was pleased with the rental fee, which was conveniently billed directly to my credit card.

We sincerely appreciated her. We have the opportunity to place our trailer at our son's new home and that is the reason we left J & H Storage. We would certainly recommend it.

Michael AEverything met with my approval. Our R/V unit received no damage while in storage and access was always available. All times when we wanted to take it out or just get inside we had no problems with blockages in the storage yard.

I made a reservation weeks in advanced and wasn't told there was not the correct truck size until moving day. Very dissatisfied with uhaul and will not recommend this company. I'm not going to bad mouth the pick up location because they were super friendly and did the best they can.

carol rFirst drop off location would not take the truck so I had to call and wait while they found me a new location out in the boondocks. It was unclear where I should park the truck and since they were closed I couldn't ask. Customer service across the board was terrible.

Matthew CI went out of my way to clean and fuel the truck during freezing temperatures to avoid any added charges to my credit card. They still overcharged my card $$58 for fuel when I fueled the vehicle correctly. Perhaps my eyes deceived me on the fuel gauge level but any misunderstanding could of been avoided if the lady would of just gone outside and checked the vehicle in with me present. She refused and just asked for the keys and asked me to leave. I am a neighbor of the drop off site and there are gas stations nearby. I will never use this location again. It was pure laziness on their part.

Marvin A | Expérience généraleThe customer service number, I had booked previous weekend but had to change the date because my roommate was hospitalized so we moved it to the next weekend. Then to find out the customer service rep did not do it so I had to book a bigger truck then they over charged me in gas. I only went 40 miles, charged for 60, then charged for 5,5 gallons of gas, I put gas in plus I only went 40 miles. Totally frustrated with the whole thing. The location I picked it up was great, very lady, truck was clean and I returned it clean.
Carol DI meant to call before I left for Atlanta but got tied up helping my brother with his illness. Sorry. I was very satisfied with leaving my car on your property and would do it again if the need came.

The whole oh don't worry we'll call you the night before thing is weird. Everything went fine and personnel were helpful just felt like I was hanging until I actually saw the trailer I was to use. Of course it could just be me. The move was successful
