Charlene LI don't know if it was the pick-up location or if it was Uhaul representative that had things all screwed up but either way it was a mess and the car dolly is a piece of JUNK! The hold down straps were rusty and was a nightmare trying to undo them.
Michael SThe Baxley location was terrible. I reserved a 26'truck but when i got there it wasn't.I settled for a 20' truck but was not able to move all my furniture . This caused me another 5-6 hours down and5-6 hours back to get the test of my furniture. Baxly did try to call me the morning of my rental but i was on the road and my calls were silenced. The Baxley location didn't offer any inconvenience deals or apologies.
Mark TCall the customer to let them know if the vehicle is at the location or not. Vehicle was not there when we arrived to pick it up.

Yvette BHave people at pickup locations knowledgeable about rental paperwork. I drove 4 hrs to pickup a trailer and had an appointment and the only person that could do the paperwork had left for a doctor appointment.
John RI was over charged after being told as a courtesy I could have an extension at no charge they charged me an extra 60 bucks for two hours

Tammy HCustomer service was very poor. The old lady was on a long lunch break run and she asked the customers to give her time to eat her lunch when they been waiting for 45 minutes at the location.
SIDNEY II returned the truck after 5:00. No one was around. I did not see a drop box for keys, so I left in seat of truck.

Shonda HWhen I walked in the lady was smoking a cigarette and the tiny office that she was in was unbearable to breath in. She looked at me and just kept smoking her cigarette. I have severe asthma and this was very inappropriate and disrespectful to others. Will not use this location again unless I have no other options.

Pamala HShe tried to help me out with the problems I had picking up equipment. Said I corporate would have to make it right. I drove from Huntersville to Mooresville two times and then told to drive to Concord to get it. 3,5 hours and over 100 miles. Not what I expected.

sharon fIt took 40 minutes to turn in the trailer. Person had problems finding the order then over charged me. The office smelled!
Joseph TCharged for an appliance dolly that is in the back of the trailer and told "well I didn't know it was in there" Even though it says on the contract. Doesn't the trailer get inspected after delivery for damages and to make sure it's clean?! Delivery site even Went and looked to verify that it is in the back of the trailer. Then the charges were not reversed and was told- you need to contact the place you rented it from even though the charges came from the drop off facility. Like what?!!

Mara Jmy reservation, made 2 weeks early, was for a 20' truck. Just a few days before my day, someone from a neighboring u-haul came and took the only 20' truck from the lot, though they had no renter at the time. They then rented it out from under me the day before. I ended up with a 26', larger and more awkward. What is the good of a reservation when your organization does not honor it?
