Superior customer service. The gentleman at the front desk genuinely helpful. Politely explaining details related to the renting formalities and the truck itself. I would be glad to use this same location again.

I had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck moved out from behind 4 cars in the for-sale lot and then had to brush off 4" of snow with no brush provided. The solo staff member was a nice guy and did the best he could do. I was called by the staff halfway through my 2 day rental asking me to return the truck because they gave me the wrong one. I was pressured to bring the truck back to them or have them come pick it up from me but since I was fully loaded I could not bring it back - this was odd and uncomfortable. Returning the truck after hours was not comfortable as it was in a back-alley outside the fenced compound with people sleeping in the back alley in a dangerous part of town. I would not use this location again.

It was a vap shop in a rough part of town. Hard to find since the Uhaul sign wasn't on the front of the vap shop. The staff were good - I think that they had been sampling some of the wares.

This location was ok.. but prior to the run arounds they made us do.. ended up being 3 hours late from the original appt time… NEVER AGAIN!!

Truck had misaligned wheels and battery died multiple times during the trip costing me time and money for my drivers.

A pickup point is supposed to be professional, and punctual, a 10:00 pickup that turned into 10:30. I didn't like that, waiting in the heat Other than that, equipment was 10/10 Pulled really nice Returned equipment early , hopefully refund of some sort

I was treated extremely poorly very rude . I didn't trust this person or the staff he had . I will not use this location again . There was also burnt out lights on the trailer and he said don't worry about it. In other words my problem. They had to change my CC information 2 times and while he was entering my CC he was talking in Arabic to someone else in another room which made me feel concerned about my information being stolen/used , I just don't know what they were talking about but as he was entering my information he was talking to someone else..I may just use Ryder in the future.

There is no clear spot for parking the uhaul, we had to guess and hope it was right as there were many private parking but nothing marked for Jaygo Auto or Uhaul. The only reason we knew we were in the right place was we located the key drop box. It was very difficult to drop off a 20' uhaul in this particular area as it is very small, this should be a drop off place for small units no bigger than 15' because the area is so tight.
