STEPHEN KOwner was ready with equipment and made sure vehicle was ready to tow trailer. I've rented from here twice already and would recommend using this location.
Michael SEVERYTIME I use U-Haul and make a reservation online the info on trucks or trailers available is wrong for the site I select. And I ALWAYS get routed to the same alternate site (Jersey Shore Collision) in Manasquan. Fortunately, Pat runs a tight ship and there is NEVER a problem with him, other than I have to drive by several other sites to get to him and that matters when I am being charged mileage for the rental. Pat always keeps his trucks clean and organized. And it is always a quick pick up and drop off because he is so well organized. Therefore, sometimes I just bypass the national reservation system and just go straight to Pat. I gave an average only rating because it almost seems like U-Haul never buys new trucks. They are all pretty worn and do not feel very safe to drive. But my use of them is never for a long haul.

Anthony PI recommend Pat and his location 10/10 times. He was quick, courteous, and very helpful with renting this UHaul. He didn't have the correct hand truck, so he let me use furniture dollies instead, and changed the reservation to reflect. He even had some extra moving blankets if I needed them. Overall a great experience and I will be coming here again if I need another van/truck!

ROBERT DI wanted to make sure the truck I was scheduled to pick up was clean and equipped (moving blankets) as requested. Unfortunately, no one was there when I was dropped off to pick up the truck. I should have used the service option that did not require an attendant.

MARK CVehicle had a cigarette smoke odor and I left location with just under half tank. I topped off fuel to the same amount before returning vehicle to location, but wad charged $15 for 3 gallons anyways. Just an FYI, gas sells for $3,4 a gallon but I was charged $5 a gallon.

Dr BFirst trailer issued was filthy with some kind of gummy syrup all over the floor. The gentleman immediately had to issue us a different trailer. All worked out well.

michael sPut jacks on the dam trailers , it's ridiculous that you don't and even worse that you don't tell people ahead of time. It's standard on every trailer in the world. If people break them charge them and fix them …. It's their responsibility to do what is required to use a trailer. I mean now I know for the future but you could mention it…. Bad job on your part

john cApp did not work. Internet did not work. Sat on the phone with U-Haul customer service for 45 minutes with no help. Was ONLY able to access the lock box for the key because one of my movers worked for U-Haul and signed the form for me through her site. Truck was dirty. It did not include the moving equipment I ordered and paid for. Had to pay my movers extra to sit around and wait for me. Hours of operation on the website do not reflect when they are actually open. I WANT A FULL REFUND.
