Rented a trailer that still has prior customer's padlock on it. Had to have roadside assistance come out to remove it. Also, location is a used car lot. Muddy with overgrown grass. Not pleasant.
Hervin GThe location was changed after having made my reservation weeks in advance. The lot on South Post Oak opened later than the Main Street location and the U-Haul representative was late (sent a friend to unlock the gate) and unavailable till noon. There was only one car trailer, had a flat on RH rear and different license plate than was told. We had to take this trailer and was required to buy a Milwaukee compressor to fill the tire with air every couple hours to protect the half-worn tire. Poor service and poorly maintained car trailer. Not a good experience. Sorry to have to report and am being honest. When on the road met a gentleman who had previously worked for U-Haul. He told me to file a report and ask for compensation, but after my experience with desk attendants I'll let it go. Thank you. Gary Thomas 713-859-1200.

THOMAS WIt was a last min move and the person at this location was very helpful and quick which I appreciated so much. I'll definitely keep him in mind for any future rentals
Latoya TI rented more than once and each time they took an additional amount that was not agreed upon, especially once they discounted me 125 when I rented a trailer. Note that the rental value per day is about 35. I do not recommend dealing with them and my experience with them will not be repeated. This is unreasonable. They take more than an amount that was not agreed upon.
