The person that told us to not park in front of the building was not very helpful. I guess they were in a hurry to go somewhere & told us to park in the back & put the keys in the drop box & that was the only contact we had with them.

They went out of their way to be as friendly as possible. Very pleased with my experience.
MATTHEW ODolly work at its full capacity, but ratches was not on great chape, I had to pull an extra one to secure it better other then that it worked fine

Joe GI had a quarter tank of gas if not a little over ,same amount has when I picked it up and I get charged 33 dollars from uhaul for gas !!!! I had got gas 27 miles from my destination 30 worth this is called NOT RIGHT and I won't ever use uhaul or refer anyone to uhaul again .You charge me 33 for gas when the truck had leaked all on the boxes I had my mom's stuff in when she is no longer with us .NOT Right

Daniel CEverything was great except we filled the Gasoline back up to the 3/4 mark like we were told, showed and supposed to correctly on the mark but still got charged $23 and shouldn't have. I would please like this corrected because I will be needing to rent another truck again soon but can't afford this error after using what money I had left to put the gasoline to the correct place and then charged for gas again after already doing so before returning. Please and Thank You very much
Joannie TThis location REALLY came through for us. Due to circumstances we arrived after hours and the owner has his assistant meet us. She was so kind and helped us get everything hooked up and explained the equipment in detail. They really got us out of a jam and they were AWESOME. I called 9 rural stores looking for a tow dolly, they were the only one to call me back.
patrick gEverything went as planned. We turned in the truck a day early and there was no refund as we had paid for the days in advance. It would have been nice if they would have put it towards the extra miles as they needed the truck for the next day in Vernon
PAMELA HJust a bit confusing since it was just a parkign lot. I love U-Haul - had issues with this load and some communication feedback has been entered, but felt like you guys once again took care of me. Thanks again and will use again in future.
Stephan CI was called several times to see if I was bringing the truck back early and asked if I could bring it back early. I was charged twice when I picked it up.

LESLIE IUhaul truck was not cleaned prior from previous renter. Also rented a trailer to tow my small car behind. One tire had an expose nail creating a low tire which was fixed from roadside assistance at a different Uhaul location after waiting 2 more hours for repair. That 2nd Uhaul person noticed that actually 4 tires were way low in pressure, chains were not properly hooked, crossed and/or correct height for motion. Original renter said I had to climb out of my window or trunk to get out of the car until about 30 minutes later trying to figure out how I can get out of the car- we noticed the side rail folds down. Very unprofessional and uneducated about renting Uhauls and trailers. Did not check air in tires or walk through with me how to use the Uhaul or trailer prior to leaving.
James MYou charged us another 70$ for no reason, we didnt deliver late, we kept it clean, brought it back with the same amount of gas as when we left.
