Had a contract to pick up at 4:30 PM when I got there no one was there. I called. He said he was off today that I had to use the app. Nothing in the contract told me I had to use the app and your website is terrible when we tried to sign on the app. The whole page moved up and down so that you could not sign and that was just one of a plethora of problems we had trying to get our truck and then we did not have the blankets or dolly that we had requested.

The young man at this location went above the call of duty & truly is a guardian angel in disguise. Simple words are not enough to describe the kindness this man extended to me & I WILL pay it forward. He has restored my faith in customer service personnel as well as in mankind. May God continue to shine bright around that gentleman. Only suggestion for improving service for next customer is consider posting a sign stating location is at the end of the drive, similar to what they've got on their website but hang a hard laminated copy at the front door of the U Haul office for us old school individuals trying to conduct business online in the middle of the night.

Instead of emailing me, U showed up in to the original location and the truck in the original location was not available. Luckily Johnson wrecker had one. If the phone number is incorrect, email the person of the problem.

Jarrod WI did this online there was no one at the location at pick up time I ordered moving pads and an appliance dolly. There wasn't any of the equipment I ordered there, I then had to get back on the phone with haul and have them locates it for me I had to drive across town to pick that up Which wasted 2 hours of my time. Also the air conditioning did not blow out of front vents and I was driving 7 hours to Fl, which made for a very uncomfortable drive since the temps were in the 90's

SUSAN KThe folks at Johnson Wrecker were great but I'm not happy with UHaul. The cargo van I wanted was not available when I made my original reservation so I had to upgrade to a 10 foot truck. Then that became unavailable and I was upgraded to a 14 foot truck. The 14 foot truck only averaged about 9 mpg so it cost me over $200 in gas so about twice what it would have with the van. I will investigate other options before using UHaul again.

larry oWe had a horrible experience with Dublin Antique Mall and when we called to complain, the lady lied to the U-Haul Rep. and we were told that they did not have to do business with us. If we had another choice of truck rentals other than U-Haul, you would not have gotten a dime out of us. We called Johnson's Wrecker Service and they did not have what we needed, but they had something we could use. My wife made all of the arrangements and went by to pick up the trailer and they were wonderful. I couldn't be happier with how Johnson's took care of my wife and how she was treated. We are moving from Dublin and have several more trips to make. I will deal with Johnson's from now on while I am in Dublin, but once I leave, I will never deal with U-Haul again as long as I have other options.
Kristie BI was told the hours were 8-5. When we arrived there was no one there. Thank God, the owner of the wrecker company showed up and gave me the number of the young man that ran the U Haul. He told us how to go about and leave the trailers and where to place the contracts. He was nice. I was just expecting a building with the same set up as in Orlando. Hey, I guess this was my introduction to small town America:)

TREVOR LRented a 4 wheel trailer to pull a small vehicle from Dublin GA to Senatobia Ms. After about 2 hours we stopped & noticed on passenger side of trailer we had a tire that looked like a few holes where rubber could come off. Got to New Albany MS around 10:00pm and heard something. Stopped a tire had blown out on the driver side. Called 800 # waiting about an hour when wrecker come and replaced both tires. Other than this everything was o.k.
