AMANDO DLocation was on a mountainous, residential, very unmaintained, rutted road. At the top, where the location is, a single lane dirt road. Upon arriving, the gate was closed; "no buzz for service". After calling the "reservation number", they called the operator who relayed that I "should leave the trailer outside the gate next to the 20-ft box truck". It was a good thing I knew how to maneuver/turn the trailer around in the tight area. THIS LOCATION IS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA IN A MOUNTAINOUS, UNKEPT ROADWAY; THIS SHOULD NOT BE A UHAUL DEALER LOCATION; LOOK IT UP ON GOOGLE STREET VIEW/AERIALS. And as I was backing it in, a person drove past me, open the gate, drove in, and closed the gate behind him... CLOSED THE GATE BEHIND HIM!. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS SUPPOSE TO BE?? There was another person walking around inside the property; but chose not to assist me. DO NOT SEND ANY CUSTOMERS TO THIS LOCATION.
