CARLENE GCheckout thru UHaul app never completed. Agent even indicated that it was not working well. After 6 days of duration "uploading file" I closed the app.

ANDREW RI've rented UHauls for over 30 years. This was among the best experiences I've had. The man I met (did not get his name) was very thorough and helpful. He made sure that I had everything I needed and made many suggestions. I hope to not need a rental truck again soon, but if I do, I'm going right back there.

JEANMARIE LThis is not a criticism of the location. He was extremely helpful. However, someone changed my reservation from one-way to round-trip. I checked my original reservation and it was definitely for a one-way rental. The result of this was a 30 minute drop off experience. I am very appreciative of the assistance I received from the gentleman who checked me in.

James BThe service was good at first picking up the truck. However, when I returned the truck, representative at the U-Haul was upset at me for taking pictures of certain damages that I found on the truck. He was frustrated because he was unable to do a return process like normal because I did was I was supposed to do when you first receive the truck, which is walk around truck, inspect it, and if damages are found take pictures of it. Well, me doing that made him upset, he got frustrated and said" you should've told me and that's why I have these stickers for!".

Robert MThe guy help me figure out what was wrong with him charging me extra money for the the extra 51 miles I go over. Finally realized the lady make the mistake of giving me only 35 miles while I'm going to drive 85 plus miles.
