The staff was extremely friendly. There was no assistance offered helping attaching the trailer. Trailer brake/ turn signal did not work. Inside of trailer was dirty with hay that I'm allergic to I was required to return the trailer back to the original place I rented from and not my nearest U-Haul making it very inconvenient for me to rent

CARLOS HOverall it was a good rental, but with no one there to help this old handicapped guy unload the trailer, took some of the joy away.. But I survived, and no one was injured.
HARRY PSeamless pick-up and drop off. The automated email notifications helped a lot.
Jeffery NDuring business hours, the door was locked. Had to call a number on a sign and was told no one was there. So if I needed help with my trailer being put on, I was essentially out of luck. Same thing happened last time I placed an order there. One of the worst locations.

Richard SMr. Joe Rangel and his team were great to work with and they went above and beyond expectations and provided the best customer service experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I am going to exclusively use JRs Professional Service for all Uhaul rentals and in the future. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great service with a customized and personal business connection.
TOMMY CWhen a customer reserves a 26' truck, well in advance, and includes (2) dolly's and an appliance dolly, it should be a pretty good indication that they intend to move a 3-4 bedroom house. Included with these moves are typically refrigerators that require an appliance dolly. How unfortunate (and disappointing) to get to the rental facility to pick up the equipment (while 4 people who took time out of their day to help wait on you) to hear the associate tell me "sorry - we don't have an appliance dolly or even a 2nd dolly to offer you ...we called around and apparently there is a shortage??" Do I blame this specific facility or U-Haul for this said "shortage" of dolly's and the delay it caused me having to go rent one from somewhere else ?? SMH!!

Shae CTrailer lights were not working properly. They would turn off and flicker after every bump.(Would not stay on) The brake lights and turn signals worked as normal but the running regular lights did not. The back of the truck was not swept when I picked it up and the tank was only half full. Great customer service though.

Alexis MVery unorganized. Keys weren't even in the lock box but they were in an unlocked vehicle. Dolly wasn't in the truck either. Dollybwas horrible, didn't even latch properly. Called customer service and they were no help since no one knew why the keys weren't in the lock box. Took and hour to figure out the truck was unlocked. Won't ever use this place again.

QUINEAT PThis was the first time I used the U-HAUL app for my rental and I will not be doing it again. It's great if you need to get a truck outside business hours, but otherwise not worth it. It was not a great UX, and I was forced to resubmit info I already provided when I booked my rental which was irritating.
Rose VThe truck was left completely opened upon pickup … It had a very foul animal odor, there was trash everywhere, I ordered a dolly and never received it … Worst experience ever and I’d like a refund.
Tiarah HAll good, people very nice and friendly. Only issue is I had requested a utility dolly and they had none, saying that Uhaul is slow to provide them and they cannot get them. I had to chase off to another location to try and get one. Call them first to be sure they have what you need. Uhaul needs to not show accessories as available if they are not. This is no reflection on the dealer, only on Uhaul.
BRIAN DObtaining the key was challenging. It turned out that the key was stashed in the visor and not in the lockbox. This seems a little scary to me. What if someone made off with the truck before I arrived? I was unsure about the check out process, and wasn't prepared to capture all the photos at the end of the day. My phone died, and I was having problems getting it to charge. Now I know better for next time.

DAVID RThis location had the easiest pick-up and drop-off process that I've ever experienced. Usually, locations will insist on trying to add all those insurances that eventually double the price of the rental. I had zero of that here. There was a simple text message telling me that my trailer is ready after I filled out the online form, license upload, etc. I won't be using any others in the area as long as what I need is at this location.

James SWhen I picked up the truck, the fuel reading was 1/4 tank. When I returned it, I fueled up more than 1/4 of the tank and was still charged $37 for fuel. The label clearly said to fuel the truck up at the level you pick up. I fueled it up a bit more and still got charged. This is not acceptable

Makenzie DVan needed some maintenance work. Buttons missing on a/c controls. Metal divider behind drivers seat not properly secured. Person working for JR's said van was supposed to have been picked up for resale previously and that we were lucky to have a van at all due to shortage of vans.
