NISHONDA JMy pick up location changed several times prior to pick up. This location was convenient, but I would've prefer it not change so last minute. The self pick up and drop off on the app should be more streamlined. I spent over 30 minutes trying to pick up on the app that cut into my rental time.
James BCannot comment on how inviting it was or how the people were. The location was a contactless drop off near a supermarket where I didn't interact with anyone. The spot was clearly labeled as a U-Haul drop off; there just wasn't anyone around and the office was locked.
