Better staff knowledge. The staff member seemed very minimally versed in how to prepare the paperwork for rental/the entire process.

The two people running this drop off location were very friendly, helpful and couldn't have been more accommodating. Would recommend this location to anyone. We let this location know of the issues with pick up and the wiring concern which they said they will definitely address before it would be rented out again to another customer.

I had to drop the truck off at a different location because of weather. That was fine but she lied to me about what trucks she had and when they were needed back because I friend called about the exact same truck and she said she had one for the next day. When she had told me it was already booked when it was not she was telling me it had to be back the next day. When she did not have it booked. I was not impressed at all. O and now we'll over almost 2 months I get a bill for $13 and change that's bull shit
