It is a small volume location so not a lot of extra services but they’ve had what I’ve needed and it is convenient.

It is one of the worse trucks I have rented in my life. The Truck was so Dirty on the inside, it was awful, there was so much sand and rocks in the cab of the truck. In the cargo area there was water in one corner it was bad, it looked like someone spilled a liter of water in it and forgot to clean it up. The two people inside that works there are helpful and Friendly.I took pictures before and after.This just blows my mind on how dirty the Truck is.

The daily rate is great. The km or mile rate is terrible, especially with no allowances per day. I only used your truck for 2 days, which wassl very pricey and will not likely to reuse. Take care

Auto transport ratchet straps sticky and not lubricated Trailer jack requires service as its height is limited due to binding

Terrible service. Showed up to pick uhual. Was told under 3ft snow my responsibility to dig it out. What choice did I have. Not happy at all!

I picked up and dropped off at same location and was very reasonably priced but the option of dropping off at another location was very expensive

I booked my Uhaul earlier in the week at a location closer to my new home/storage unit. Uhaul then called me less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick up time to tell me that they could not honor my reservation. Though I was frustrated, they did still refund me $50, though I'm not sure the Uhaul Representative would have offered it had I not mentioned it. Then I was told that Uhaul would not accommodate my request to pick up at the location 6km from my home (my original reservation), and I was forced to drive 35km instead. I was also told I was not able to return the Uhaul to the closer location, and I had to return the Uhaul to the location 35km away ( 0,89/km x 70km = $62,3 mileage, compared to 0,89 x 12km = $10,68). This rendered my $50 refund useless due to the extra mileage put on the truck, as the refund didn't even cover the difference in mileage. The truck worked as expected, and the man working at the storage unit place that rented it to me was wonderful. I cannot recommend the location enough. That said, I think next time I need to rent a vehicle, it will certainly not be a Uhaul

This was a 24/7 drop off, so I did not need to meet with anyone. Easy to find, but limited parking for the truck (no clear signage as to where to drop off).

The gentlemen at the desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. The process was flawless and I would defintely use this location again.

Asked agent ball size, gave me wrong size. I had to go buy a ball that fit after i got to the location, came back to hook up and the wire was so small it wouldn't reach my truck I then had to go AGAIN and buy a wire.

At our drop off location, while the individual did not have our contract and could not find it online, the staff was super helpful. They stayed open later so we could drop off and took all the information necessary so drop off could be completed at a later time. My only suggestion would be for the individual running the location where the contract was sent....please call the nubers associated with the contract before calling the alternative number. Our alternative number was a local one but the individual had nothing to do with the rental nor did they have any information on it. The call caused a bit of confusion and worry for the senior who received the call.
