BRIAN MThey were very helpful when I called and helped me figure out what happened when I placed my online reservation. The customer service was top notch and they contacted me back to let me know that everything was corrected.
JORGE MThe truck smelled like cigarette smoke, though it was manageable with air fresheners. There was also trash in the truck cab, both a half full mountain dew bottle behind the passenger seat and an empty black plastic bowl below the center jump seat. The car carrier had a broken front right strap, noted verbally by the personnel. This was then only recorded dispatch notes at the customer's request before leaving the site.

First of all Uhaul gives you a location that you picked yourself and then tells you to go to a different location to pick up your trailer. Then when I got to this new location I had to give my information all over again. Whats the point of checking in online if your info is not there. Bogus. Same with taking it back. They give you the location you want then tell you to take it somewhere else. I was already at the drop off point I asked for and that's where I left it.

Deloris WThe tank was not full. The truck was filthy. We opened up the back to find a tv, rug, and it wasn't swept. There was rock salt and dirt in the back all over the floor. The office was so bad I couldn't take the smell I had to step outside. They changed my pick location and times 3 times. It was very frustrating

Robert HThe location smelled like a dog kennel, the dogs are out and barking. fur all over, people who are not dog people that's a turn off. Especially kids the dog should be put up or in another room while conducting business .The truck had tire lights on and some other ,the windshield wiper did not work. The truck smell like it had horse hay or something in it I had to sweep it out.

James CI was told the mileage would be 29 cents a mile and was charged 89 cents a mile. That's a huge difference! Actually more than doubled the expected cost of the rental!

Amanda EI was told 3 different pick up locations, changed the 2nd time 10 minutes before pick up time. Had to drive 25 minutes to a different location only to find out they were closed. Then got the truck at the original location. The guy at Key Realty was so awesome. He saved my opinion about the company.
Laura JMike was incredible, my order was really messed up I would get one text saying one thing, the mobile app wouldn't even open the order, and I'd I logged into the web it would give conflicting order info. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to complete the SPLIT order that was created. Although I would have preferred picking both Truck and Auto Transport in same location - Mike made it a very easy to work out. Thank You Mike!!!

David SEven though the office was closed, the gentleman that took care of us was very kind enough to accommodate a pickup time for us. We needed the pickup by Monday morning before 6 a.m. and he doesn't open till later in the morning,So he allowed us to pick it up on Sunday before the end of the day. That was extremely helpful for us.
Sylvia MMaybe not make me drive 90 miles each way to pick up the truck and waste 3 hours of two people's time..I was called at 3:30 in Friday that my truck wasn't in the area and that I had to get it and they would not give me any compensation for my time or my gas and wear and tear on my person vehicle. Very unhappy with your customer service

Leo SThis location was quick and knew how to do everything to make my time short. In the past - I had to wait to get the unit and also had to wait to process the return and run my receipt. They made using UHaul easy! I would want to use them the next time I rent!
