DALE GThe truck was filthy when I picked it up. I never picked up a uhaul before that was filthy. I returned it the same as I picked up the uhaul. Also, the cardboard visor was still on the truck to pick up. I had to ask for it to be removed.

ABBY MHad to drive 280 miles round trip to pick up a haul that was supposed to be ready in the town I lived in. 2 trucks for my reservation had check engine lights and overheating issues. Cost me hundreds of dollars in schedules movers and extra money in gas.

JAMIE SI rented a Uhaul and was told it was $24,99 with a $50 deposit that I'd get back. Two days came out to $107. The guy said I don't get a deposit back it was $50/day

The gentleman that helped me check the truck in was very friendly and helpful also. Moving to a new town, first impressions

Donnie HThe pick up time was 8am and the doors were supposed to be open at 8am but the person behind the counter couldn't seem to get out of bed in time to keep the reservation time. The truck needed to be cleaned and desperately needs a wheel alignment.

cynthia rWe signed our agreement at 11:41AM and then picked up our equipment at about 12:30PM as I was the one who hooked everything up and the attendant did not help. When I returned the trailer, she marked me down for a whole second day despite being there on time and waiting for someone to come out to put down the return. I'll do my best to avoid this location in the future if the person working is the one doing the reservation. The guy that is there has always been great, but the woman that was there was horrible to deal with.

Justin PThey screwed me out of money. I returned the truck a day early, 10/1/22 at 10pm. They refused to give me any kind of credit for early returned and waited til 10am on 10/2/22 to say I returned it. Very bad experience.

Douglas HThe equipment was faulty. One of the belts was too short. I had to purchase an extended cable to secure my tire. I had to stop several times to tighten the belt. It was a big safety hazard. Please have your contractors report and inspect faulty equipment. I'm concerned: I was thinking about a young person, especially a young girl on her way to college. Please have equipment inspected.
