N/A - Operator was very attentive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with--thank you! The 26' truck was also exceptionally smooth and quiet and drove/handled extremely well. Will definitely recommend and be renting from U-Haul again!

Jay made the entire process easy and stress free. He was a great communicator, with fast responses to my texts, and had the truck ready with all the extras (blankets, dolly,etc) at the agreed upon pickup time. I rented a 15 foot truck to move to my new apartment. Jay took care of all the photos and paperwork, and even arranged a large discount when we returned the truck early. A great overall experience.

I have not received my detailed invoice in my email - I was charged 374 for 2 days - truck was supposed be 29,95/day I only put 74 miles on the truck how does this come out to 374?????!!?

Fuel reading was incorrect, I had returned the fuel to the same level I received the truck in . However I was charged an excess $48 for fee and fuel despite being told otherwise on return of the truck. The system was saying the truck has half a tank when in fact I have a picture showing it as 1/8 on pickup. I have opened a ticket with support to get this corrected

Couldn't find the uhaul office. The owner was extremely rude and at the store when we arrived so we had to wait for him to come back. The pads that we paid for weren't in the rental vehicle. Would never recommend this place to anyone and won't be renting here again.

Had me drive all the way to pick up only to inform their system down and not releasing trucks. Tried again day 2 and got double charged for everything and now have to gj through ridiculous 72 hour wait period for someone to review. Brutal service. Worse customer service.

You guys HAVE to explain that are different lockers, and where the locker is located for the car we are renting. If it is inside the car or around. If the car is unlocked or not!! If it wasn't for the kind employee from U-Haul there (Jay), I would still be there trying to find the lock and use the vehicle. The rest is pretty good and straightforward .

Nail salon had no clue what to do, gave me a number to call someone, that guy didn’t answer 3 back to back phone calls.. the whole process was annoying and needs to be fixed for a smoother process!! Booked my pick up time for 12:30, did physically get the vehicle till 1pm due to the hassle of everything

Check in was brutal. Excessive effort that took way too long. The app is terrible and dysfunctional.

I could not get into the part of the system to get the code. I could see my reservation but it wouldn't let me go past a certain point. It was not user friendly at all. Luckily there was a guy driving by that maintained the vehicles and he saw me struggling. He pulled it up on his phone and did it for me. He asked me if I wanted a dolly or pads. I said no. I saw him put no to both. I saw the total and he entered it and gave me the key. When I got the final bill I was charged $15 extra even though I never asked for these things and never got those things. I was over charged $15 plus tax and I'd like to be reimbursed.

The location nor rep was the issue Your site offers counter check in which is not available. The online process on your app to check out the vehicle took 1,5 HOURS I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN

This review has nothing to do with the location as the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The mobile check-in experience however has to be the single most frustrating experience I've ever had with a piece of software in over a decade. Somehow managed to ensure both the pickup and return process were a nightmare - complete waste of time.
