I rented an auto transport trailer from a location in Vicksburg MS. I was called afternoon the day before and told that location didn't have the trailer and I had to go to a location in Louisiana. I called that location to be told they aren't open on Saturday. I had to ask a relative to get over there before 5 on a Friday to get the trailer we needed. The entire experience was terrible. When my relative arrived to get the trailer, the one he hooked up to had a flat tire. I was so disappointed with the entire process.

Gas was empty and tire pressure low. But the bigger problem was with uhaul itself not this location. After driving 4 hours to pick up truck at Kyles ship and post there was no truck and person at Kyle's directed us to call uhaul ourself to figure it out. But the big question is why would uhaul call be day before pickup and say my truck is available before it had be returned to that location. . I had to backtrack 52 miles so 104 miles round trip with a 3 hour delay and 104 more miles of gas in my car and 52 miles extra gas in uhaul and 104 more miles on my car to get a smaller truck because all that was available and not everything fit and had to leave stuff behind. Word of advice for anyone renting from uhaul, even if they call you with pickup location, call that location yourself to confirm they have what you are renting. After picking up uhaul and getting back to original location of pickup we had to load uhaul drive 3,5 hours, unload and return uhaul then another 1,5 hours home. It was an extremely long day and a 3 hour delay and additional 104 miles made this entire experience horrible.

The original reservation I made was not fulfilled but I found this place on my own and they satisfied my needs at the last minute. Very polite and professional

Very helpful service and was provided with all the information needed by Rick and his staff. Easy process to reserve the truck online. Will not hesitate to use this location again or recommend to others.

All of the employees who helped me this day 4-14-23 went above and beyond to help me. I explained to them what i needed the u-haul for and i appreciated their help and compassion. They were very professional, knew exactly how to help and executed! I would definitely recommend these 3 individuals that worked that day and i hope they see my review!

N/A - Amanda and her team went above and beyond for us when we had a personal vehicle breakdown. They provided towing, guidance, coffee, etc. in a town we were unfamiliar with when moving from Texas to Georgia. We are so extremely blessed to have met these folks and cannot extend our gratitude and appreciation for them enough. 1 000 % will return and use U-Haul in the future simply because of the service and care provided at Kivetts. Thank you all!
