Very nice and helpful when getting and returning U-Haul.

Drop box was a bit hard to locate but other than that it was great! Very visible location otherwise.

This was my local UHaul, so it was very convenient, and the people were friendly, but the truck box smelled like old sweaty wrestling uniforms and looked like it might not have been swept after the last user. The more disconcerting thing was that it was tricky to put the truck in park. The shifter did not exactly slide into place and the first time I tried to park the truck it took me a few minutes to jiggle the lever until it clicked. I would have taken it back, but I was able to make it work, and that location didn't have another truck and it would have taken hours to drive to another, and I only had moving help for a few hours that day. It would also be a kindness if renters could be warned about needing to purchase an adapter if they plan to use Bluetooth media. I've rented 4 trucks in the past 6 months and two of them were older and required the adapter I was able to find at a Love's truck stop. (Maybe make that an optional piece of rental equipment or offer them for sale at pickup?)

Both pickup and drop off super easy

Called and did all signup over phone. Brought my DL to office at pickup. Helped me hookup and we were done. Great Experience!

This rating is for my overall u-haul experience. When I picked up the truck nothing in the computer was correct!! Everything changed overnight. The price, the mileage, nothing was right!! She did her best in trying to fix it it but somebody on the U-Haul side broke it overnight. Not a good experience with U-Haul.

Knowledge of the hitching system needs to be trained. Do take chances on hooking up to wrong size ball.

The pick up location was nasty. The girl didn't know how to give us our military discount. So we pd full price. She gave us a 1-800 number that she said could adjust it. First time this has happened and we rent all the time. Our normal location didn't have what we needed. The ground was muddy and wet. When I got into my car I made a huge mess because of what was on my shoes. Won't go to that location anymore

The fact that y'all charge $270 for the "wrong drop off" is extremely unfair. Y'all should tell the customers that before they rent things. I am never renting anything from y'all again.
