The clamp to hold the dolly in place was broken and the lock for the roll up door didn't work. I had to leave the truck unlocked to stop anywhere that I went.
ROGER HMy preferred location- helpful staff at pick up and drop off. Easy trailer access also.

Margaret BDo a basic safety check. The blinker and brake lights didn't work. The lenses were pop riveted in so I couldn't even change the bulbs. I had to drive 74 miles on the highway. Although it turned out OK, a worst case scenario would be multiple deaths because of this. There was also a spilled drink and sand on the floor.
Scott BThe location was great - fast and helpful. The core U-Haul we site needs work. Not very usable, and for some reason the upload capability randomly doesn't work. Today it happened again trying to upload my license for check in.

They have always are efficient and helpful. I highly recommend using this location for U-Haul. Keep up the great work!
Joseph BFront office staff was very respectful and made check in, check out, and everything in between very easy. We rented an open trailer for a couple of hours and it was out front ready to go and be hitched up. They set it up and disconnected, which seems like a policy thing, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Shari IThe employee behind the desk was quite aloof, walked us rapidly to the equipment and turned around and went back into his office. Upon requesting to be shown how to use the equipment he came back and talked about the way, but did not actually do any thing. Get employees that care about the customer, and they will then are about U-Haul. Personnel not helpful.

DAVID GIt was not clearly stated prior to my rental that I would need a converter for the trailer lights. I had to buy one on site and I was charged double the amount I'd have paid on Amazon.
