No one spoke English. The young man helping did not know how to attach the trailer.

Super easy process

The truck was dirty inside and out, especially in the cab. (Food, dirt etc.). The location I picked it up from was a gas station convenience store so each time one of their typical customers came in I was asked to stand to the side and wait.

Poor because the U-haul computer was down and the people at the store couldn't have cared less. They were at a loss of what to do to get me into the rental vehicle. They didn't take ownership of the problem or attempt to resolve it. I was told to call U-haul 800 number. I had to insist that they call the 800 number and resolve the problem....eventually a manager called and set up the rental for me. This was very upsetting because I had paid movers arriving in 1 hour and I didn't have a truck. It all worked out, but the situation should have not happened. Thank you to the manager that resolved this for me.

Actually call and make sure u-haul is reserved with place before you have someone show up on their doorstep unknowingly

Originally, we thought the truck was clean. However, food crumbs were in the front cabin, which we had not checked, but when turned in, the drop-off point noted it. We brushed it off in front of her, but we did not eat in the cab. Otherwise, the U-Haul experience was fine.
