MARK MAt least offer how to operate the various functions of the truck such as the tow haul or standard drive feature which I had to figure out for myself. The tailgate lock failed causing me to buy one to lock the tailgate for the night. No, I was not compensated for that purchase.
GERALD ODrop off was easy however why all the paperwork when at the drop location they don't need or want to see the paperwork. The U-Haul truck rented had some power although it was governed .... With the full size vehicle why are the windows manual? As the driver I could not reach the other side to roll up or down the window which made it very inconvenient. The radio worked but is not blue tooth equipped, having technology available for over the road moves when stations come and go is a bit distracting a blue tooth radio would allow phones to be attached and keep within the no hand held device laws.
Rone JService (Moe & Nick) was excellent. Trailers on a slope at the side of the building presents a rolling hazard.

ROSEMARIE DHad reservation for truck was not available on date due, was required to drive 50 miles away to get said truck then home. The car carrier was located T a different yard then reserved. Truck was getting stuck in gear a would not move at times. Was chatged for additional mileage due to extra miles to retrieve said truck. I reserved a truck prior to this when t time for pickup price more than double from previous reservation quote had to go pendke moved required to trips received call for confirmation on truck day before move that when notified no truck in area had to drive 40 miles for pick up last minute

Afrah JEven though I had just got done moving all day, I was forced to go and put gas in the tank after I had already returned the truck. I was never told I needed to do that, and I signed up that I would take the uhaul 6 miles. The tank was a little bit below a quarter tank when I got it, and was a little below a quarter tank when I returned it. I was also not notified beforehand that I even needed to put gas in it. Instead, after a long, hot day, these guys had the audacity to force me to spend extra money. I used a 10 foot truck, drove it 6 miles, and got charged over $70. Then I gotta spend another $10 on gas after working my butt off all day. Awful experience.
Paul ZLoved the people they were very nice and very very helpful. Only problem was that we had very dirty front windows had to stop somewhere and get them cleaned before we could even takeoff.
Rayna PI was told the vehicle just came in from Massachusetts the day before. I was told the vehicle was checked out and was "okay". The vehicle had/has no power, the rear differential leaks and sprayed oil all over my car that was being towed. The exhaust sounds like it's rattling off, the front tires need balancing, a/c doesn't work well, and the cab area is so loud it was hard to hear the radio.
vincent fThe lady working was very nice, this was a liquor store so she had to leave a few times to ring people up….would you be able to add that so other people are aware when they rent? These trailer are heavy and they DO NOT have a hitch trailer jacks (tounge Jack) which means WE had to lift a heavy hitch on your enclosed 6x12 trailer and put it on our truck. The trailer was parked sideways on a hill and we had to lift the heavy from of it to put it on our truck. This is very concerning and quite honestly a liability to expect a customer to do this for a very heavy 6x12 enclosed trailer. We also were supposed to have blankets, they had none. Again; the person working was very nice, just highly concerning that this is not of U-Haul quality for a pick up place. We love U-Haul, we will book again, please do a better job of clearly stating what to expect at these locations.

troy cWHEN I GOT THE TRUCK, NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THE TOW/HAUL BUTTON. SO WHEN I WAS EMPTY IT WAS ON TOW/HAUL WHICH TOOK UP A LOT OF GAS. IF I WOULD OF KNOWN TO OR HOW TO TURN IT OFF, THAT WOULD OF SAVED ME ON GAS.

susan sThe attendant checked me in and inspected the truck very quickly on his phone and emailed me my receipt. I filled the truck with gas as I did not know how much it would use to drive 100 miles. It would be good to have a sign in the truck with average gas mileage to help know how much gas to plan.
