MATTHEW JI was charged an extra 74 dollars for being 1 mile under the alloted 92 miles they gave me. I expected to pay an extra 40 because I didn't bring it back at 9 am the next morning, i filled the gas back up passed what it was supposed to be and it was swept clean..
Cinnamon WGreat service as usual. There are other locations closer, but I go out of my way to use the Stockbridge site. Prompt, friendly, reliable.

BARRY EService was excellent when I was picking up the van and the return was processed properly even though I wasn't able to use the app to process the return when I dropped the vehicle off after hours.
JASON OWhen customer service is already excellent all you can do is make certain they receive a raise!!! The lady was very attentive, truly listening to all I had to say about my pick up location and the issues with my one way rental. She gave me main numbers so I could complain. I feel bad that they had to receive a truck that immediately needs servicing before they can rent it. Give Her a raise!!

Colleen SThe original pick up location was in the town i was staying and this location was 45 minutes away. In the future the trucks should be delivered to the appropriate location and not make people drive all over to get the vehicle. I was compensated for my inconvenience but it was not ideal. Luckily this pickup location the person was very nice.
