William RVehicle was not cleaned at all prior to pick up. Items from previous renter left inside cab. Sticky substance on dash and gear shift. Truck was not swept clean. The vehicle was not parked in an easily accessible location. The vehicle is loud and has acceleration problems. The vehicle had low fuel on pick up, I had to stop for fuel immediately after pick up.

bennie eNot happy because I was over charged by $39 due to not indicating it was for 24 hours but they did not give me paper because they were out of papers or ink so that threw me off and I did put more gas ⛽️ in the car over half tank.
AUGUSTINE II called to confirm. Put on hole for 11 minutes. O answer afterwards. Had to call 800 number to confirm. Truck was on empty with 12 miles untilempty. Just great that I had to go get gas picking up a rental. Was told I would have a $30 file credit. That did not happen and was charged. When I returned the truck I was told I would be charged for cleaning. I called and said truck was not clean. Owner said no big deal but when I returned the owner said rightvaway I would be charged. Truck has tons of kid toys, small rocks, dirt and other small items to trip on. Thank goodness I took pics. To top it off the brakes were very bad. Very dangerous. Still no $30 fuel credit when I was promised it would be posted by end if business day. Definitely do not recommend this location and will probably never rent from uhaul after this experience

Lesley BThe truck was very dirty when we picked it up. I had to Lysol wipe everything down including the keys to the truck. I sprayed Lysol all over the drivers seat because it was very dirty too. Other than the truck being dirty everything else was excellent.
Tiffany WExplain gas cost upfront. I had to drive back to gas station to put an 1/8 of gas in tank. Apparently, it would've been $34 for the missing fuel.

Angela GThe reason I was sent to this location is because the original contract location gave away the vehicle we were guaranteed to pick up. We arrived at the location and the person rudely told us they didn't have a vehicle for us and did not know what to tell us. The second location tried to charge us $2000 more than our original contract price. If I didn't have a screenshot of the price they wouldn't have honored the original price in the contract. A customer service representative told us this location changed our contract price once we arrived at that location. We spend 2 days trying to pick up the vehicle. Also one person told us on the phone said they had a military discount and then we get there and they told us there was no such thing. Terrible experience all around.
