Daniel PDropped off the trailer at 9:30am Sunday. Location was closed on Sunday. Drop off time was Sunday at 10am. Trailer was checked in Monday morning and I was charged an extra day! I dropped off the exact same size trailer at this location one week earlier and no issue?
GORDON HWhen using the app, you have to drive to and from the key lockbox to where the trucks are. Bad road and inconvenient in the dark.

MICHAEL RFrom what I saw the site showed no means to work on the units. I experienced a tire blowout on my trip back to Colorado. The tire looked well worn compared to the other 3 on the trailer upon pickup.

Pam MMy truck was given to someone else and my card was charged over $300!!! Was not able to get any assistance from anyone and I was refused a refund. I had to rent a different truck and drive out of my way to pick it up and drop it off, so I had to pay more money for the mileage. I have NEVER experienced something like this, where a business messes up and refused to fix the problem! I will not be using your services again.
