When picking up, they said "fill it with gas close to where the needle is on the gauge" - which I did, but I wasn't close enough and incurred an additional $13 fuel charge. Next time they should say make sure the miles to empty is at or above the number that is on the gauge when you pick it up. I think I was off by 20 miles or so and while "close" to the needle, not good enough. Also, the truck was picked up in Haskel (in West TX) - when dropping it off, they asked "was there red dirt in the floor on pick up" - and my reply was - "you can't walk in West TX without picking up red dirt and the ground was wet when picked up" - I don't think I got a cleaning charge, but they should be clearer about that as well.

Man, as far as 5020 s. Cedar, get rid of, retrain or get them 2 guys away from the front desk an have em clean trailers or something. As far as Larneds sales center, give em an atta boy and a pat on the back.

Larneds Sale Center is conveniently located. I have used them routinely over the years and have never had a complaint. Their drop off location can be challenging if it rains though.

I was able to find the location no problem. The only downside was that there wasn't a drop box to leave the keys in for after hours and the app couldn't find my location to turn in the vehicle that way. We had to call the go uhaul number to turn it in, which was fine, but it did leave me wondering if i turned it in right or not. Thankfully today we got the email with the receipt so i guess everything went well.
