MARCEL GNot to please with the overall U-Haul company on the day of the pickup was not able to receive my truck due to computer failure on the US site was able to re-rent it again 3 days later on the day of the rental nothing was mentioned it will be compensation for the delay of the transaction so this might be my last time that I will rent a U-Haul equipment from use case the distributor of the U-Haul on St John Baptist were great professional people really appreciate them but as a U-Haul company very unsatisfied to have no return excuse or and reimbursement of some kind for the mishap that happened I thank you anyway for your services but in the future I will try someone else

Cyrille TConcerning the staff, they were excellent. Concerning the hick in price due to the date of the rental, poor. I don't think it's right to raise the price for using the exact equipment because it is considered moving time. This is the only reason that I would not recommend your facility to a friend.

Chirstine-Marie GI rented the truck more than a week in advance. Didn't have the 20" truck so gave me a 15" instead and needed to bring it back to the starting location versus my initial drop off. What a poor experience

MARTIN TA quick comment to U-haul. Please, make sure the trucks that are available in Quebec, even if coming from USA, are equipped with winter tires, in winter. There was a huge snowstorm, i am not an expert in truck driving and it was awful and scary. Even slowly. I got stuck several times in the snow because there was sometimes no adherence at all. At least I would have like to be warned in advance to allow me the time to find a better option. I really did not like the experience.

Manuel CFirst if you have an online checkin then make sure the store drops the key. Second the checkin and checkout process is overly complicated and not friendly. Third, customer service number takes way too long.
Eric QJ'ai apprécié pouvoir aller porter le camion en dehors des heures d'ouverture quand ça me convenait. Toutefois, le site internet n'est pas facile à utiliser et on ne m'a pas informer de la façon dont je pouvais aller porter le camion quand j'ai pris possession initialement.

Lisa HWorst truck ever. The chucks were in so poor condition that the window of the oven we just bought smashed all over. Also, an equipment we rented on line was not even available at arrival. Lave-auto Tiger was unable to explain how than can be possible. They were very nice people and offered free other equipment and gas. Will certainly not recommend U-haul but would recommend their garage.
Martine TPhil at Lave Auto was incredible. He was sympathetic to my frustrations with U-Haul (who I deeply regret booking with) and gave me some extra kilometers since U-Haul changed my location last minute (forcing me to bike 40km at 6am to pick up the truck). Phil and his brother seem like great guys, and I'm glad to have dealt with them.
