Christel RI was charged for 5 days of rental when I only had it for 4 days and it was returned to the same location and was in the parking lot before 3pm the self service app just wasn’t loading or working
Dillon BI got to Ace Hardware right before closing and they processed my trailer return. Brad at Ace Hardware immediately focused on the wiring harness issues and would address them. I've always had a great Uhaul experience at Ace Hardware in Lawrenceville.

Charles HPickup times later in the day would help alot. Cutoff times of 3:30 pm for pickup makes me have to go to indiana to get a trailer sometimes cause they are open later.

The team there does their very best to make it an experience worth it all. They are quick at getting you on the road as well. Great job, as always, Lawrence County Ace Hardware.

Bruce FI really have no idea how they can improve for the next customer. They have it all in order. Every time I have rented from this location, and I have often, they have provided top notch service. This time, on both pick-up and delivery, they met me outside. It is almost as if they were waiting just for me.

David Kwasn't the Business where we picked up truck. it was the U-Haul 24/7 process. wouldn't read my location an called 3x CS number kept getting run around. called 800 number for assistance was waiting for 1 hr. no one ever answered. called back to CS number finally had a Rep that helped me threw the process an stayed in line an had to note things like pictures of Dr. Lic an fuel gage cause at this point dark an pictures wouldn't take for APP to process. definitely won't use 24/7 process again.

Dustin LWe left the truck at it's return location the same day we picked it up and only used it for not over 60 miles and you charged me for 99,2 miles. I deserve an adjustment for the mileage, not happy at all. That is an overcharge of over $46.00. Please reply and adjust my charges.

CHRISTOPHER DEmployee service was excellent at Lawrenceville. Region manager, James, was very helpful in resolving my issues with the insurance. i was very disappointed that I was unable to pick up the trailer at my u-haul location in Princeton IN. I had a reservation since March and it is ridiculous that I had to drive 45 miles to pick up the trailer because of U-haul not being able to fulfill my reservation in Princeton. Just bad bad business.
CHADWICK MThere needs to be larger openings in the boards on the sides of the trailer to attach the ropes or straps to.
GREGORY BPick up should be from the place the customer want it @ or the place they went to get or reserve it, not being send to another location to pick it up. Also need to be open earlier.
BEDJAMIN JHorrible had to drive over hour in a half to get the uhaul and paid 80 in gas in our own vehicle and 30 in the uhaul. Had teservations for a truck over a week and day before my nove i had to drive just to get a uhaul. Worst experience ever. Then 27/7 or deal is horrible.
