JIMMY MTruck was not easy to locate & was parked in the back. Not ready to go or checked. Advertising sun visor was still in windshield. Truck wouldn't start initially, but eventually did. I drove 1 block to retrieve luggage from the hotel & truck wouldn't start again. Literally right across the street from pickup location. I had to go through roadside assistance & was told 45 minutes. 1 1/2 hrs later, the mechanic from across the street (aka truck pickup location), arrived & replaced the corroded battery. Smh

Gene CI would warn any person going to use U-Haul that they must read every word on the brochure front to back. Read every word in the contract front to back. It's not there except to release any liability from Uhaul. I thought I was getting a truck that had 7'2" of clearance at the door and it was only 7'2" of clearance inside the box, the door was only 6'5" tall. I asked for a refund and was told no you should've scroll down and read at the bottom where it says door height. Yeah you're right. I should've read the entire brochure should've read everything but I didn't have time and it was difficult to read all of this on a phone .

MICHAEL BI accidentally said August 26 to 27 But i messed up and realized it was August 27, to August 28 for my concern review. It's great recommend it to anyone
OSVALDO CThe person who was suppose to detach the tow for my car to be removed was not there. A couple of workers from the tire shop came over to help. They had to improvise to detach it. When i went to return the truck, again, the person who was suppose to be there to receive it was not there.

Charles EThe process of obtaining access to the vehicle was a little difficult because the location had to be changed the morning of and the employees of Leal's Tire Service had to call to get the combination to access the vehicle. I wish this could have been handled through me via my phone or the app, but it ended up fine considering it was a last minute change and the 4th of July. All in all, it was a good experience.

Larry FMake prices the same at all locations. I rented furniture pads and was told 6 for $5 and I ended up getting charged $ 15 which is ridiculous and I didn't even use them!

JESSICA BNo Uhaul staff available to receive the equipment two days before the due date No assistance in transferring the equipment over to the facility. The Uhaul staff person ( via phone ) assured me that he was sending receipt of the equipment. No paperwork received for return of the equipment. Instead, the equipment was "received' on the due date ( a Sunday ) two days later and I was charged for an after hour service fee. Sounds like a scam to get more money. Very poor service on that local Uhaul representative.

Nina WFilled up tank would be nice. Came with a quarter tank. Having the person that I'm picking it up from be there in person. Wasn't informed that if you don't go to your set drop off location that is an extra $50 charge.
Jacob GJr kept the truck clean and it was well maintained for what I needed it for
Jaremy PPicked up at this location on U-Haul's request even though I had made reservation at Austin based station. They did not have blankets and I was told I could rent them at the location I originally made the reservation at. However, when I stopped there the general manager told me I could only have 6 blankets since I didn't pick up the trailer there. He acted very arrogant and I left without the 24 blankets I intended to pick up.
