Ahmad sFirst of all I live 30 kms away from this convenience store which according to the app was the closest place I could drop off the truck. Secondly, because I live that far away it added to the kilometres that I was charged. Why was I not allowed to use the U-Haul store in the same city I live in?

david xWhen I was placing my order online, I wasn't planned to gut the CDW coverage, I didn't want to add this to my order, and I don't even remember I add this into the order. The ordering process was highly misleading. Many extra charge options were too easy to unintentionally add to the cart. From selecting the car model to the final payment, there were too many self-paid add-ons presented for selection, and the "decline" option was noticeably smaller. If I didn't actively select "decline," the item would be automatically added to my cart. I had no idea when I even added these extras. This is extremely misleading to consumers and very frustrating. It wasn't until I received the bill today that I realized I was charged for this unnecessary insurance fee. When I picked up the car, the staff also did not show me a detailed breakdown of the charges. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with having to pay for this unnecessary fee.
