Brian SUnfortunately, I cant give a good rating as we were directed to this site at last minutes notice due to our original reservation from a month ago not being available. It was a hassle to pick up the truck since this location was closed on Sun...not thier fault but the app process is terrible and with no WiFi available it is worse. Again, nothing against this location...my comments are on UHaul and their app.
Juan PThe manger was so rude and disrespectful. He was rude to me as well as his employee…I have never dealt with such rudeness in my life…He made me feel unwanted and he belittled me and the young lady who was working with him.

Mike WThe gentlemen who worked there, I've rented from before and is always so helpful, prompt and polite. Always gets me in and out as fast as possible. Zero complaints. The truck I rented had issue(s) I believe with the front end end feeling sloppy/worn out and felt unsafe to drive. This is not the location it was dropped off at, fault. They don't test drive so they wouldn't really know. I thought it was the road but traveled 30-40 miles and did not change. The truck cab also smelled like it had been smoked in. I would not rent that truck out again to anyone until the steering/front suspension is serviced. I was very limited on time due to a close relative passing and funeral was that morning. I took off work to rent truck to pick up doors for home we are building and on very limited amount of time. Otherwise, if I had known the truck was not safe to drive, I would have rented a different one

Mitchell GThe Uhaul I rented was super slow. I believe it was the left headlight that was out in the truck as well. I also did not get my quoted price. I had to pay almost 50 dollars more than what I was quoted. I have not received the difference back either. I will not rent a Uhaul again. Was not worth it for the price.
