Drop off location was a bit more crowded than I expected but everything went smoothly. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.

David RWe had a overall horrible experience! Our first location we were supposed to pick our truck up at didn't secure our truck that we rented at over a month out. We had to call a 1-800 that we waited on hold for 3 separate times because the system kept disconnecting us. Finally once we got a hold of a live person 1 1/2 hours later she sent us to a new location. At that location it appeared that all the trucks were locked before a gate with no access to get them off the lot. This new location was a used car lot It was now 9pm and our original pick was 7pm. We finally found a person who just happened to live/work there that told us the uhaul was across the street on a side street. By the time we got verified over the phone we pulled away at 9:55!! The operator did give us a refund credit for some of our mileage that I'm still waiting to receive 3 days later. I will probably not EVER use the after hours pick up again since once the uhaul locations are closed it is so difficult to contact anyone with a issue.

Louis KLocation had no personal on site, the lot was all roped / chained off so we could not get on the lot to drop off the truck as directed. Lucky we found a spot to street park next to the lot, but there was not guarantee we would find anywhere to park our rented 27 foot truck! Uhaul should only arrange drop off of a large vehicle if there is actually room to park it in the location. This was not appropriate.

angelina dAnother weird place. It was a used car lot with a chain link fence around it. No one was there. There were 4 Trucks parked across the street so I parked mine over there. Then it took me 30 minutes to figure out where the key drop box was. Almost just left it in the truck...it was so frustrating!

Anita MBetter parking for truck share drop off. Possibly a way to unlock the gate for 24/7 truck share after hours pickup and drop off. Overall though easy and convenient.
Kenneth CThe staff was friendly, but the truck was in horrible condition. The back wasn't swept out, the windshield wipers were extremely old and didn't work during the storms we drove through. Pretty sure we were given the oldest and most beaten up truck. We travelled over 1300 miles to move out of state and it was super hard to drive this truck. Very disappointed.

Steven SI appreciate that the personnel was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I would give them 4 stars! I also appreciate that I was able to have a discount on my rental because I dropped it off here. However, the office was cluttered, dirty, and had a very strong musty odor to it. I did not feel comfortable sitting down.
Nicolle GI booked the truck for pick-up in San Luis Obispo and return in Santa Monica, but I was informed the pickup location has been changed to Santa Maria because of availability. Luckily, the lady at Life style Auto was very help full, she even gave me extra millage without me asking.

Brian BI tried to drop it off at 8 am and they weren't open. I left a message to call when they got there so that I could take the keys back after parking it on the street. They never returned my call. I called about 10:30 am as drop off was to be at 11. I took the keys but there was no place to park. Wouldn't recommend this drop-off location.
CYNTHIA AAgent was professional and courteous! Fuel tank must be full. I had to get gas before even getting to my pic up location...this is unacceptable.

Robert TThe vehicle smelled like smoke. It was dirty and the location that I picked it up from was not knowledgeable and seemed to not know what they were doing. I also did not feel safe in the vehicle.

Michelle RWe asked and paid for a utility dolly that we never got. If I wouldn't have called them back they would have made me pay for a dolly I never got. Just not impressed with Uhaul organization. I think I'll go with someone else next time.

Russell STerrible customer service. Was initially supposed to pick up truck in San Luis Obispo but re-routed to Santa Maria. Once I arrived, Uhaul correspondent was not at work. Waited over an hour for her to arrive. 10 ft truck was not available for me to pick up so I was given a 15 ft truck instead. Unprofessional and poor customer service in every way.

Alexandra BMy overall experiences was poor! I rented a truck from Ventura office. Which was switched to the Oxnard office a couple days before pick up. When I arrived at the Oxnard location they did not have the truck. They tried to call a couple of people and were unsuccessful and then eventually found a truck in Camarillo. Now I had to have my wife drive me to Camarillo to pick up truck. Not a very good experience at all.

Tereza BJust a nightmare to try and return your rental to this location. The streets are extremely cluttered with vehicles and there is no 24 hour drop off, contrary to the site saying that they do. The staff here was friendly.
