The thing that needs to be omproved is the daye of return droppff tome. I jad no clie that the time to return the truck was not given to me. Other than that everything else was great! The trick was new, performance was excellent and I would recomend U-haul for your next move.

Online booking process is difficult, not transparent and misleading. Mileage prices should be mentioned during initial booking and be part of initial price. Going from a balance due of $51 to a balance of $135 can be jarring and unexpected.

I rented a 15' truck and when I got there they didn't have one. I had to get a van which was not big enough for the job so I have to go back again and get the items left behind. The man at the counter was wonderful and I truly felt bad for him. I will for now on use Penske. Also I was overpriced as I got a van and not a truck.

The only issue I had was that the appliance dolly was broken (I didn't notice until I moved it later in the day), but since I didn't end up needing to use it, that wasn't a big deal. If I had needed to use it I would have been able to go back to the Lil General Store and swap it out.

We were given the wrong address by uhaul to drop off the truck and we had to find this drop off. He was very helpful. Then we got charged for extra miles and it was uhauls fault!

my husband was stuck trying to get the truck. he called Haul and was told they would call right back and they never did. than you called again and was put on hold. he waited there for 90 minutes with no assistance. I was able to figure it out from home. I called two days and one day before the reservation to make sure everything would be all set and they said there would be no problem with my husband picking up the truck but there was.

I was confused by their website which said they were only open on Thursdays and I wanted to return it on Friday other than that just dropped it off. Dropped the keys and left piece of cake.

This entire experience was bullshit. First off they did not have the 10' truck we reserved at our pick up time and refused to honor the $50 off that is posted all over your website for not having the truck when you arrive. We were given a beat up 15' that the door wouldn't even close all the way. We had the truck reserved until 1pm the next day and returned it at 1030 in the morning the next. They were not open and we were never told that the location would be closed that Sunday. They charged us a $20 after hours fee. The truck was completely clean, we swept it out before we returned it and they charged us a $25 cleaning fee. The truck had 5/16 of a tank of gas when we picked it up. We filled it back to 5/16 at the gas station THAT SHARES A PARKING LOT WITH THE LOCATION. They said it was only at 1/4 tank and charged us $8,08 for 2 gallons of gas. We were also extremely careful not to touch the dolly that came with the truck and was bolted to and tagged to the truck, we never used it but they charged us $7 for the dolly that was attached to the truck and we never used. I have my own appliance dolly so I have no reason to use the little one that was in there. It's quite funny that all of these inspection based charges, like the cleaning fee, and gas, and dolly all happened when we were not the to call them out. This was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul and I will be contacting corporate to get these bogus charges removed ASAP as well as switching all of my business in the future to budget or Penske.

App did not work on Android. Had to re-download on iPhone. Required way too many pictures and hoops to jump through. Got spammed with repeated offers for services that I already declined. When app failed, could not reach customer service due to long wait times. Won't use this company again

The location and owner were great. The Uhaul app however is absolutely horrendous. Whomever designed it should definitely be fired. Worst experience renting ever. I will gladly wait in a line over using that app again.

so.. I had a rental reserved at another location for 6pm only to find they closed at 4:30- with no prior notice. The Lil General store did a great job of renting me something much bigger (but it was all he had) for me to accomplish the move. The truck was in need of some maintenance - it ran ok.. but drove horribly. I paid extra for a truck too big for the job. At least the gentleman at the Lil General Store was wonderful in helping me.

The gentleman who runs the store is very helpful, friendly and willing to make the customer satisfied when scheduling reservations. He will go out of his way to find a specific sized truck if he doesn't have one. I highly recommend this location to rent from.
