There was no clear place to leave a 26' truck. And the trailers were kept in an area where I didn't think I'd be able to turn it around, so I had to leave the tow dolly attached. But I appreciated the system they had going.and would definitely use them again.

The owner is very kind and his trucks are always in great shape. He's easy to work with. I drive from Danville to Stanford just to go through him specifically.
Morgan HWas charged 253,16 for my rental. 100 deposit with 153,16 for the rental. I received a receipt after that my total with miles and gas was 218.38. However it only showed my 100 deposit being paid, and tried to charge my card 118.38. When I reached out to this location, they couldn't explain why, or give any solution and told me I would have to reach out to a regional manager and could receive late fees if my balance wasn't paid. Only I'm due a refund of 34.78.

Lisa BI have used this location 3 times in the past month. Parris made sure that all my needs and request were taken care of. This location is clean and has easy access to pick-up and drop-off the rentals. I highly recommend Lincoln Motors for any of your U-Haul rental needs.
Terry FU-Haul communicated to me that I could pickup at 8am, but the location had locked gates that didn't open till 9am, and then when I got the truck it didn't already have the blankets, furniture dolly's and utility dolly that I had rented. So if I could have picked it up before the location opened, I would not have had all the other equipment I have rented.
David EThis was my second experience in a couple of weeks with Lincoln Motors. I was completely satisfied with my dealings at this UHaul location. Parris made sure that I was more than taken care of and adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine. I rented the large 6x12 covered trailer which is difficult to load with one person. He made sure that I had assistance in doing this and completed all of the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Thank you Parris for everything and I won't hesitate to use Lincoln Motors again.
Terry FParris could not have been anymore helpful. I called prior to the drop-off to request assistance unhooking the trailer and he said that wouldn't be a problem. He was able to assist me without hesitation and also assisted me with a future reservation. We also connected with knowing common family and friends which made my experience even more pleasurable.

Scott MI had to return on a Sunday. The business was closed with a locked gate at the entrance. I could not get to the parking lot. The vehicle was parked next to a busy state highway. Not ideal or safe. I recommend this location be aware of after business hour drop offs and make necessary accommodations.

Eddie MThe check in process took about 40 minutes, cell service isn't great and the app was very sluggish. The lock on the truck proved very difficult to maneuver, the letters got stuck and wouldn't turn. Drop off was worse, the gate was closed and locked, barely enough room to get the truck off of the highway, then to complete the return process you are out taking pictures on a very busy highway. This was not safe. There definitely needs to be a better way to drop off the vehicle after hours.
Justin PTruck was dropped after hours. Left a message for them to call us regarding incorrect miles on paperwork (see above) and charges were processed with no return call. Called again, requesting a return call and no one responded. Very poor communication.
Bradley MThey need not to lock the gate when people tells them that they are returning the truck the same day. I had to wait the next day to return the truck and then I got charge for it. That's the only part that I was dissatisfied with.

Martin PThe location isn't exactly convenient for me, but will it over several others that are closer. The gentleman who assisted me was great.. personable, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. The "yard" was organized and well laid out, conducive to easy hook up, testing and departure. Definitely will use that UHaul location again.

Friendly service, checked in and out very quickly, trucks and equipment clean and reliable, easy after hours drop off, and when I left a message about a minor maintenance update that was needed on the truck, the service rep called me first thing the next morning to ask about it. 10/10 would recommend them to anybody.

tiffany atruck was dirty, had a face mask with snot all over it laying in the console. the dolly's i requested were not with my truck. lincoln motors had no one around to ask questions to and the customer service people merely switched my pick up from in person to remote over the phone after i called to figure out why i wasted my time with a reservation. Never got a final receipt from uhaul and pretty sure the punks charged me for equipment i never got to use but really wish i had.
