I called the day prior to my rental turn in and the manager here was very helpful and told me exact;y how to do an early drop off! Very convenient location to me. He even returned my voice message to confirm the rental had been checked in and all was good. Nothing to do with drop off location, but overall, I much prefer to talk directly with people to get a full understanding of the process, especially dealing with multiple logistics issues.

Would recommend but drop off process was ambiguous and couldnt find the drop box. Need clearer instructions on where to find box as it was not in the front entrance.

GAHANGER AI didnt travel 50 miles like they had on my receipt. My mileage was only 33 miles. They misrepresented my mileage to in rease my bill to uhaul.

JIKANGHUA DI opted the 24/7 pickup to pick up around 6am. The truck was in the back of the lot, not towards the front, which took me a few minutes to find. The location prepared my pickup well, but my only issues were with U-Haul itself. There were issues with the app registering that I was at the proper location, and the representative let me know it was an issue with the app itself. The hold times were pretty long, and it took about 1,5 hours of troubleshooting to get everything sorted. Overall, I can't fault the location for the issues I had. They did their end well, and I would still recommend this location for pickup.
Adam HI used to rental in laguna beach and lake forest, but definitely this is so far the best service in everything, costumer service was above and beyond, extremely satisfied with everything. Merci
