Truck was left with 36 miles to empty . Totally unsatisfactory but truck was a great ride .

I was charged a fuel charge 4 days later and the truck was returned over the level I received it on. The place was also closed on the day I was supposed to return the truck. We parked the truck locked it and held the keys 1 additional day because we didn't see the key box and could not call anyone to find out where it was. I called this morning when I saw the fuel charge and questioned. The rep was not helpful at all. Definitely would not recommend dropping anything off to them ever.

Perfect service and well maintained equipment. Staff was helpful and inspected the equipment thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dealer.

We were a little late for our reservation. It was at 9:30 and we got there at 9:45. But the U-Haul rep didn't arrive till almost 10:30. There was no mention of a $50 credit. The people there were not helpful, but once the lady arrived they were nice. It is one of the very few places around Fort Johnson to rent a truck.

They were very helpful for being after hours. I want to thank them again for helping me out when they could have told me to come back tomorrow.

Employees both indicated they weren't trained for the U-Haul transactions and it took them nearly 30 minutes to locate the keys for the vehicle. One of them even told me it wasn't her responsibility to keep track of the keys.

I was disappointed I had to wait about 15 minutes for the one person who does the rentals to finally arrive at work when my appointment was at 9 a.m. I feel that should have been respected but once there she was quick and got me processed.

Nothing. The owners and associates of Cajun culture know their business, how to treat all customers and how to help them feel very secure in their rentals. Je les recommande chaudement.

We picked it up on friday and returned it Saturday because wire was showing through one of the tires causing it to ride terrible. But they atoll xharged my back. Will not use yall again. You are suppose rp check that stuff

Answer the phone. I kept calling the number listed to make sure of the hours of operation during the week of thanksgiving and no one answered the phone or my email I sent.
